Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Make the Dough: In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with self-rising flour until a dough forms. Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes until it becomes smooth. If the dough is sticky, gradually add a little more flour until manageable.
- Shape Bagels: Divide the dough into four equal portions. Roll each portion into a log shape and connect the ends to form classic bagel rings.
- Apply Egg Wash: (Optional) Beat an egg and brush the tops of the bagels with it to give them a golden brown finish while baking.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning or any preferred toppings like sesame or poppy seeds evenly on top of the bagels.
