- Add Ice: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice to chill the ingredients properly.

- Strain: Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass over fresh ice cubes.
- Garnish: Add a lemon wheel and a sprig of lavender to garnish and enhance the visual appeal and aroma.
Notes
- For the lavender simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water with dried culinary lavender, bring to a boil, then steep until fragrant. Strain before use.
- Adjust the amount of lavender simple syrup to taste for a more or less floral profile.
- Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor.
- Salt or sugar rim is optional but adds an extra layer of flavor and presentation.
