Ingredients
Scale
Crust
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Filling
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup Reese’s Pieces candy
Topping
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces candy
- 1/2 cup assorted mini chocolate candies
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix well until evenly moistened. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust. Place the pan in the refrigerator to chill and set while preparing the filling.
- Make the filling: Whip the 2 cups of heavy cream until stiff peaks form and set aside. In a separate large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined. Then fold in the mini chocolate chips and Reese’s Pieces candy evenly throughout the filling. Pour this mixture over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Create the topping: Whip the additional 1 cup of heavy cream with 1/4 cup powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread this whipped cream layer evenly over the filling. Garnish the top with the remaining mini chocolate chips, Reese’s Pieces, and assorted mini chocolate candies. Finish by drizzling chocolate syrup decoratively over the top.
- Chill and set: Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow it to firm up and the flavors to meld together. Once set, remove the springform pan sides, slice, and serve chilled.
Notes
- Ensure cream cheese is softened to room temperature for easier mixing and smoother texture.
- Do not overwhip the cream; stop once stiff peaks form for best texture.
- Chill times can be extended overnight for firmer results and enhanced flavor.
- Use a springform pan for easy removal of cheesecake.
- You can substitute Reese’s Pieces with your preferred peanut butter candies or chocolate chips.
