Chicken and Marinade

- 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Stir well to evenly coat the chicken. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to penetrate.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook for 6 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Prepare the Garlic Sauce: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and paprika. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic. Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil while scraping the browned bits from the bottom of the skillet for extra flavor.
- Cook the Noodles: Add the instant ramen noodles directly into the boiling sauce and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3 minutes, until the noodles are tender.
- Finish with Cream: Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix everything well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve: Divide the spicy chicken ramen into bowls. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot for a delicious, warming meal.
