Liquids

- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup ice (as needed)
Instructions
- Add Ingredients to Blender: Combine the pineapple, mango, banana, coconut milk, orange juice, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract in a high-speed blender.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Adjust Consistency: Add ice gradually until you reach your desired thickness and blend again briefly.
- Taste and Sweeten: Taste the smoothie and add more honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is desired, then blend briefly again.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
