Description

A refreshing tropical smoothie blending pineapple, mango, banana, coconut milk, and Greek yogurt for a creamy, nutrient-packed beverage perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 ripe banana

Liquids

  • 1 cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

Additional Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice (as needed)


Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients to Blender: Combine the pineapple, mango, banana, coconut milk, orange juice, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Adjust Consistency: Add ice gradually until you reach your desired thickness and blend again briefly.
  4. Taste and Sweeten: Taste the smoothie and add more honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is desired, then blend briefly again.
  5. Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately for best flavor and texture.

  • For a dairy-free option, substitute the Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt or omit it altogether.
